Hello, I'm Roberta!

In 2005, after an experience that changed my life forever, I began to work with different energy and healing techniques with which I managed to transform myself. From that I chose to share them and thus began my path as a therapist and facilitator. Some of these techniques are: Access Consciousness@, where I am a Certified Facilitator (CF), Facilitator of Bars ® and Body Processes, Energy Facelift, I am also a Facilitator of the Magui Block ® Method, I completed a Diploma in Family Constellations, another Diploma in Relationship As a Full Couple, I am a practitioner of Jin Shin Jyutsu®, Resonance Repatterning and Energy Reprogramming for Health.

I completed a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences with a specialty in journalism and began my career in sales in 1996 in companies such as Periódico Reforma, Condé Nast (GQ Magazine), Gallástegui Armella Franquicias and Travesías Media.

I collaborated for 5 years as a weekly columnist in the magazine “Class” of the newspaper El Universal and participated in the program “Tendencias” with Pei Garza on Radio Formula 103.3 FM.

I have given more than 500 hours in workshops to both individuals and companies.

I love what I do and my goal is to reach the greatest number of people to invite them to recognize their potential, abilities and natural talents and that being themselves is the way in which they will be able to have the life they want and that it is possible.

I also love the corporate world, where I have worked for many years of my life, that is why I also certified as an External Training Agent by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (SPTS) and I am proof that when we have tools at the level personal, we perform in a more joyful and easy way within our work environment.

I currently live in CDMX and give sessions in person and online, as well as facilitate classes and workshops of different modalities and travel to other cities in Mexico and the world where I am invited to share what I love to do.
